Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Financial Document Labeler to join our remote administrative team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for accurately classifying and labeling various financial documents according to established guidelines. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently to ensure data integrity and compliance. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately classify and label diverse financial documents, including statements, invoices, and reports.

  • Utilize internal labeling software and tools efficiently to manage document workflows.
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
  • Collaborate with team leads to clarify any ambiguous document content or labeling requirements.
  • Provide feedback on labeling processes to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
