Job Description

Are you passionate about food, customer service, and ensuring top-notch quality? Chipotle Mexican Grill is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Secret Shoppers to help us maintain our high standards across various fast-food establishments in the SOMA area of San Francisco. This flexible, part-time role offers daily payouts via an easy-to-use app, allowing you to work on your schedule. You’ll play a crucial part in evaluating customer experiences, food quality, and operational excellence, providing valuable feedback that directly impacts our service and product improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct unannounced visits to assigned fast-food restaurants within the SOMA area.
  • Order and consume meals, observing service quality, cleanliness, food preparation, and overall atmosphere.
  • Complete detailed and objective evaluation reports via a mobile app immediately after each visit, providing accurate and constructive feedback.
  • Adhere strictly to all assignment guidelines, including specific ordering instructions and observation points.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all assignments and findings.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and accurate expense documentation for purchases.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional observation skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to follow precise instructions and guidelines.
  • Strong written communication skills for clear and concise report writing.
  • Proficiency with smartphone applications and comfortable with digital reporting.
