Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented WFH Microsoft Logistics Clerk to join our global supply chain team. This 100% remote position is crucial for maintaining the smooth flow of our logistics operations. You will be responsible for supporting various aspects of our supply chain, from inventory management and data entry to coordinating shipments and resolving logistical issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Process and track orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain and update inventory records using Microsoft's internal systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
- Resolve discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, or billing.
- Generate reports on logistics performance and present findings to management.
- Support the optimization of supply chain processes and procedures.
- Respond to inquiries from internal departments and external partners regarding logistics matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory standards.
