Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Fast Food Facility Support team member to ensure our restaurant in Bend maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This crucial role is responsible for the overall upkeep of the facility, including dining areas, restrooms, kitchen support areas, and exterior premises. Your dedication will contribute significantly to a positive experience for our customers and a safe working environment for our staff. This is a full-time position with the added benefit of weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing floors and surfaces in dining areas, restrooms, and food preparation support zones.
- Clean and sanitize customer restrooms regularly, ensuring they are well-stocked with supplies.
- Empty trash receptacles and manage waste disposal efficiently, following company guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of exterior premises, including parking lot, drive-thru lanes, and entrances.
- Wipe down tables, chairs, and other fixtures in the dining area frequently.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects as scheduled, such as cleaning equipment exteriors and storage areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently without direct supervision.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and standing for extended periods.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize cleaning duties.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning, janitorial, or facility support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe application.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.
