Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders with a friendly demeanor.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare food items according to In-N-Out's strict quality and safety standards, including burgers, fries, and shakes.
- Ensure the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms are clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist with stocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
