Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused individual to join our exclusive team as a Boutique Limo Driver. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and personalized luxury transportation services to our discerning clientele. As part of a small fleet, your attention to detail and ability to anticipate client needs will be paramount. This position requires an individual with an impeccable driving record, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a premium service experience that exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations in luxury vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of company vehicles before, during, and after each trip.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting clients with luggage, opening doors, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Plan optimal routes to ensure timely arrivals, utilizing GPS and real-time traffic updates.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the company's high standards.
- Accurately record trip details, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedule changes, delays, or any client needs.
Required Skills
- Valid Florida Class E Driver's License (or equivalent if from another state)
- Impeccable driving record (MVR check required)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of punctuality and reliability
- Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications
- Professional and polished appearance
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs)
- Discretion and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a chauffeur, limousine driver, or in a similar luxury transport role
- Extensive knowledge of the Tampa Bay area, including Pasco County, Pinellas County, and Hillsborough County
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operations and maintenance basics
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or corporate clients
