Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Facility Support Worker to join our team in Memphis, TN. This essential role involves maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of our client’s facility. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces in offices, common areas, and restrooms.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms, ensuring all fixtures and surfaces are spotless and disinfected.
  • Empty trash receptacles, transport waste to designated disposal areas, and replace liners.
  • Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap in restrooms and kitchenettes.
  • Maintain organized storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Report any observed maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Assist with minor setups or tear-downs for events or meetings as required.
  • Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Required Skills

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 25 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
