Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications to customers.
- Process prescription orders, including data entry and insurance claims.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stocking shelves and rotating products.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Comply with all federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Learn and adapt to new pharmacy technologies and systems.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- A desire to learn and develop a career in pharmacy
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience in any field
- Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish)
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
