Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a creative eye and a knack for organization? UPS is seeking a Creative Content Sorter to join our remote team. In this 100% Work From Home role, you will play a crucial part in managing and categorizing a variety of digital content related to our services, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. This includes identifying, organizing, and tagging content to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with brand standards and internal guidelines. Key Responsibilities
- Review, classify, and tag diverse digital content, including images, text, and multimedia, according to established guidelines and taxonomies.
- Ensure all sorted content aligns with UPS brand identity, messaging, and compliance standards.
- Identify potential content gaps or inconsistencies and report them for further review.
- Utilize content management systems (CMS) and other digital tools for efficient sorting and organization.
- Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and other internal teams to understand content requirements and updates.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of content sorting processes and guidelines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity for all handled content.
- Meet daily and weekly content sorting targets and quality metrics.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) or similar digital platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent judgment and ability to interpret content guidelines accurately.
- Basic understanding of digital content types (text, image, video).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Library Science, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in content moderation, data entry, or digital asset management.
- Familiarity with branding guidelines and corporate communication standards.
