Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fast Food Associate to join our team in Edgbaston, Birmingham. As a key member of our supportive management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our busy shop. Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers with a friendly and efficient attitude, taking orders and processing payments accurately.
- Prepare a variety of food items, including sandwiches, pastries, and hot drinks, following company standards.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to all food safety regulations.
- Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and ensuring product displays are well-stocked and appealing.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience.
