Job Description
Are you a dynamic and engaging individual with a passion for connecting people and brands? Freeman Company is seeking a professional Exhibition Hostess to represent our clients at various trade shows and events across the country. This role involves extensive travel, providing a unique opportunity to work with diverse industries and captivating audiences. You will be the face of our clients’ brands, creating welcoming environments, engaging with attendees, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome attendees with enthusiasm and professionalism at client exhibition booths.
- Provide information about the client's products, services, and brand messaging.
- Engage visitors in meaningful conversations, identify their needs, and direct them to relevant sales or technical personnel.
- Assist with lead generation and data capture through registration systems or badge scanning.
- Maintain a pristine and organized booth environment.
- Support booth staff with various tasks as needed, including material distribution and scheduling.
- Represent the client's brand and Freeman Company with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
- Travel extensively to various trade show locations, including setup and breakdown periods.
- Adhere to strict event schedules and client guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an exhibition hostess, brand ambassador, or in event support.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Experience with various lead retrieval systems.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
