Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented E-commerce Returns Processor to join our team in Lichfield. This is a unique opportunity for individuals looking for a comfortable, sit-down warehouse role. As an integral part of our returns department, you will be responsible for inspecting, processing, and categorizing returned merchandise, ensuring a smooth and efficient reverse logistics operation. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify the condition of returned e-commerce items against return documentation.
  • Accurately sort and categorize returned products as resalable, damaged, defective, or for disposal.
  • Process refunds, exchanges, or store credits using our internal inventory management system.
  • Update inventory records to reflect processed returns, ensuring data integrity.
  • Organize and prepare items for restocking, refurbishment, or outbound shipping.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily processing targets and resolve discrepancies.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding product handling and safety.
