Job Description
Are you a proactive and energetic individual looking to kickstart a career in property maintenance? Window Genie of New Port Richey is seeking a motivated Driveway Pressure Wash Helper to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn the ropes of professional pressure washing, work with mobile equipment, and contribute to making homes and businesses look their best. You will work alongside experienced technicians, learning best practices for safety, equipment operation, and customer service. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a desire to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians in setting up and operating pressure washing equipment for driveways, sidewalks, patios, and other exterior surfaces.
- Prepare work sites by moving obstacles, covering sensitive plants, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Perform preliminary cleaning tasks, such as sweeping and debris removal.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment daily.
- Handle and mix cleaning solutions safely and according to guidelines.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on job sites.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers as needed.
- Learn and apply best practices for various pressure washing techniques and surface types.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Window Genie's service standards.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work effectively in a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred, but not strictly required for initial hire).

- Prior experience in general labor, construction, or outdoor maintenance.
