Job Description
This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals seeking flexible, part-time work performing site audits. As a Gas Station Field Auditor for 7-Eleven, you will be crucial in ensuring our high operational standards are met across our Houston-area gas stations. This involves conducting thorough, unannounced inspections to assess compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards. You will utilize your own reliable vehicle to travel between multiple locations, providing critical insights that help us maintain excellence. This is an independent position ideal for self-starters who thrive on precise evaluation and prompt reporting, contributing directly to the quality and efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct independent field audits of assigned 7-Eleven gas station locations within the Houston area.
- Evaluate compliance with operational standards, including cleanliness, merchandise display, pricing accuracy, and employee uniform policies.
- Inspect safety protocols, equipment functionality, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Document audit findings accurately and comprehensively using specified reporting tools.
- Identify areas for improvement and report discrepancies to management in a timely manner.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding audit results and sensitive company information.
- Manage a flexible schedule to complete assigned audits within given timelines.
- Operate a personal vehicle for travel between various locations.
