Job Description
Are you meticulously organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping freelancers succeed? FreshBooks is seeking a dedicated Digital File Organizer to join our remote team. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in managing, categorizing, and maintaining digital assets and documentation for our internal teams and potentially supporting select freelancer accounts. Your efforts will ensure efficient access to crucial information, streamline workflows, and enhance overall productivity. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient digital filing systems and naming conventions.
- Organize, categorize, and tag a wide range of digital files, including documents, images, videos, and presentations.
- Regularly audit existing digital archives to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Manage access permissions and ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to understand their filing needs and improve information accessibility.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices for digital file management.
- Identify and recommend new tools or processes to enhance digital organization efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in digital file management and organization.
- Proficiency with cloud storage platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, SharePoint).
- Strong understanding of file naming conventions and data structures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
