Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and eager-to-learn Dental Lab Assistant to join our team in Ogden, Utah. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with excellent fine motor skills and a keen eye for detail who are looking to start a career in the dental lab industry. Full training will be provided on all aspects of dental model fabrication, minor repairs, and material handling. You will play a crucial role in supporting our skilled technicians in producing high-quality dental prosthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the pouring and trimming of dental models.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of laboratory equipment.
- Organize and maintain laboratory supplies and inventory.
- Prepare cases for various dental procedures, including waxing, investing, and finishing.
- Handle and track incoming and outgoing cases, ensuring proper documentation.
- Learn and apply precise manual techniques for fine adjustments and repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and quality control standards.
