Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Shadow and learn from experienced Dental Assistants and Dentists during patient procedures.
  • Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments.
  • Learn to prepare treatment rooms for patients and maintain proper infection control standards.
  • Develop skills in taking and processing dental radiographs (X-rays).
  • Assist with patient management, including seating patients and ensuring their comfort.
  • Learn to document patient information and treatment plans accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental office.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and patient privacy regulations (HIPAA).

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional willingness to learn and a strong desire to build a career in dentistry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
