Job Description

We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented individuals for a remote, home-based position as a Customer Chat Log Annotator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in training and improving AI models by accurately annotating customer service chat logs. This position focuses on linguistic analysis and categorization of text data, requiring excellent writing skills and a strong understanding of conversational nuances. This is a 100% remote contract position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI development from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and understand customer service chat logs, identifying key conversational elements.
  • Accurately annotate chat log data according to specific guidelines and project requirements.
  • Categorize text segments, identify entities, sentiment, and intent within conversations.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency in all annotation tasks.
  • Provide clear, concise, and objective written annotations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and quality assurance teams to ensure data quality.
  • Adhere to strict deadlines and productivity targets.
