Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio and video content with high accuracy and attention to detail, adhering to specific style guides and deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks on transcribed materials, identifying and correcting errors in grammar, punctuation, and terminology.
- Collaborate with senior producers and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver transcriptions that meet creative and technical specifications.
- Manage and organize transcription files, ensuring proper naming conventions and storage.
- Research and verify proper nouns, technical terms, and contextual information to enhance transcription accuracy.
- Provide administrative support to the production team as needed, contributing to a smooth workflow.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new transcription tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Exceptional listening skills and a keen ear for detail.
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills in English.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs).
