Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist with a strong focus on Lead Management to join our remote team. In this 100% remote role, you will be crucial in supporting our sales initiatives by efficiently managing leads, ensuring data accuracy, and streamlining processes to maximize conversion rates. You will work closely with the sales team, providing them with the necessary tools and information to succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound leads from various channels, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the CRM system.
- Nurture leads through initial contact, providing basic information and scheduling appointments for sales representatives.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with current lead status, contact information, and relevant notes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine lead qualification criteria and processes.
- Generate regular reports on lead performance, conversion rates, and sales pipeline status.
- Assist in developing and implementing lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the lead management workflow.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales support, lead generation, or lead management.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
