Job Description

We are seeking a highly reliable and professional Corporate Office Porter with a focus on administrative support to join our dynamic team in Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, meticulous, and physically capable individual who can manage a variety of tasks, from mail distribution and office moves to light maintenance and direct support for administrative staff. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services, ensuring accurate distribution and dispatch.
  • Assist with the setup and dismantling of meeting rooms, ensuring all equipment is in place and functional.
  • Undertake office moves, furniture reconfigurations, and heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks and general upkeep of office premises, reporting larger issues to facilities management.
  • Provide administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and document delivery between departments.
  • Maintain tidy and organised common areas, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
  • Act as a point of contact for external vendors and contractors, guiding them to relevant personnel or areas.
  • Assist with inventory management of office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide courteous and professional assistance to all employees and visitors.
