Job Description

Join the esteemed team at Fuller’s and immerse yourself in the time-honored craft of brewing. As a Hops Picker and Brewery Support, you will play a crucial, hands-on role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our traditional ales. This position involves working directly with raw ingredients, primarily hops, and providing essential assistance across various brewery operations. You will learn about the brewing process from the ground up, contributing to the distinctive flavors that define Fuller’s beers. Key Responsibilities

  • Carefully pick and sort hops by hand, ensuring only the highest quality are selected for brewing.
  • Assist in the preparation of other raw materials, including malts and yeasts.
  • Support brewers with daily tasks, including cleaning, sanitization, and equipment maintenance.
  • Transport materials around the brewery as required, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Participate in other general brewery support activities as directed by the brewing team.

  • Strong physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
