Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
