Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a strong business focus to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this crucial role, you will support the successful execution of projects across various business units, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and efficient resource utilization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives and develop a deep understanding of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects, adhering to Concentrix methodologies and standards.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information, ensuring all project activities are completed on time and within scope.
- Monitor project progress and track key deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, clients, and vendors.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Identify potential project risks and issues, escalating them to Project Managers as necessary.
- Support budget tracking and resource allocation for assigned projects.
- Ensure project activities align with business objectives and contribute to overall organizational success.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project)
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Solid understanding of business operations and principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, PMP)
- Experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Customer Experience (CX) industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience working with global or multi-regional teams
