Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic SEO Copywriter with a strong focus on blog and knowledge base content to join our dynamic marketing team in Arvada, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling, search engine optimized content that engages our target audience, drives organic traffic, and enhances our online presence. You will play a crucial role in developing strategies for and executing content creation for our various digital platforms, ensuring all content aligns with our brand voice and SEO best practices. This position requires a creative individual who can transform complex information into clear, concise, and captivating copy, specifically for blog posts, articles, and comprehensive knowledge base entries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value search terms and content opportunities for blogs and knowledge base articles.
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with SEO goals, user intent, and brand messaging.
- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for blogs, articles, FAQs, and knowledge base entries.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists, content strategists, marketing managers, and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Ensure all content adheres to technical SEO best practices, including meta descriptions, title tags, internal linking, and image optimization.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and content marketing best practices.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and tone across all written materials.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an SEO Copywriter or Content Writer, with a portfolio showcasing blog and knowledge base content.
- In-depth understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Ability to research complex topics and translate them into easily understandable and engaging content.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
