Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Career Development Aide with an HR Tech focus to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the career development initiatives within Concentrix, leveraging cutting-edge HR technology platforms to enhance employee growth, learning, and internal mobility. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of HR technology platforms related to career development, learning management, and performance management.
- Support the coordination of career development programs, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring smooth execution.
- Prepare and analyze data on career development metrics, program effectiveness, and employee engagement, providing insights to the team.
- Communicate effectively with employees to provide information and support regarding career resources and opportunities.
- Help create and update career development materials, guides, and internal communication pieces.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR functions to align career development strategies with broader business needs.
- Research and identify best practices in HR technology and career development to propose innovative solutions.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Career Development team as needed, ensuring efficient operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
- Keen interest in HR technology, career development, and employee growth.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with HRIS or Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a Human Resources department.
