Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Admin Assistant with a strong regulatory focus to join our team in Savannah, GA. In this crucial role, you will provide administrative support to our Compliance department, specifically aiding in the management of regulatory documentation, reporting, and adherence to financial laws and internal policies. This position is ideal for an organized individual who thrives in a structured environment and possesses a keen eye for detail. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our compliance efforts are well-supported and efficiently managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and submission of regulatory reports and filings.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Support the Compliance team with data entry, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for compliance-related discussions.
- Assist with internal audits and regulatory examinations by gathering requested information and documents.
- Monitor and track compliance deadlines, ensuring timely completion of all required actions.
- Communicate effectively with various internal departments to facilitate compliance activities.
- Research and compile information related to new or updated regulatory requirements.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Familiarity with financial regulations (e.g., BSA, AML, Dodd-Frank).
- Experience with document management systems.
