Job Description
Are you a keen observer with a passion for thrifting and a desire to make a difference? Goodwill Industries of Dallas is seeking an enthusiastic Thrift Store Secret Shopper to evaluate the customer experience and operational standards of our retail locations in Garland, Texas. This unique role involves discreetly visiting our stores, assessing various aspects from merchandise presentation and customer service to cleanliness and overall atmosphere. Your insightful feedback will be crucial in helping us enhance our store environments, ensure consistent quality, and ultimately maximize our ability to fund life-changing community programs. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discreet, unannounced visits to assigned Goodwill thrift stores in Garland, Texas.
- Evaluate the overall customer experience, including staff friendliness, product knowledge, and helpfulness.
- Assess store cleanliness, organization, merchandise presentation, and stock levels.
- Identify unique or interesting items, evaluating pricing and display effectiveness.
- Complete detailed survey reports and provide objective, constructive feedback on each visit within a specified timeframe.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each secret shopping assignment.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all observations and assignments.
