Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log all incoming materials, ensuring compliance with clean room standards.
- Perform precise picking, packing, and staging of materials according to laboratory requests and shipment schedules.
- Maintain immaculate organization and inventory control within the clean room warehouse using specialized systems.
- Strictly adhere to all clean room protocols, gowning procedures, and aseptic techniques to prevent contamination.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such such as pallet jacks and hand trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct routine cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of the clean room warehouse area and equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with laboratory personnel, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
- Document all material movements and inventory adjustments accurately and promptly.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or environmental control issues immediately.
- Participate in inventory audits and continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to strictly follow written procedures and safety protocols.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory management systems and data entry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team in a highly regulated environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience working in a clean room, laboratory, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience with inventory control systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or certification in a science-related field is a plus.
