Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Circuit Board Component Sorter to join our manufacturing team in Atlanta. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately identifying, sorting, and organizing electronic components for circuit board assembly. Your keen eye and precision will ensure the quality and efficiency of our production lines. This is a vital position for individuals who thrive in a structured environment and possess exceptional visual discernment.
Key Responsibilities
- Visually inspect and identify various electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, etc.) on circuit boards.
- Sort components according to type, value, and placement specifications.
- Organize and label components accurately for inventory and assembly processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Report any discrepancies or defective components to supervisors.
- Assist with other light assembly or material handling tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and visual acuity.
- Ability to work with small components for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of electronic components preferred, but not required.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
