Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in classroom instruction and hands-on driving practice.
- Learn and adhere to all DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Develop proficiency in pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
- Master safe vehicle operation, including backing, maneuvering, and coupling/uncoupling.
- Successfully pass all written and driving tests required for CDL acquisition.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout the training program.
- Commit to continuous learning and skill development.
Required Skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.

- Reliable transportation to and from the training facility.
