Job Description
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Casual General Hands in Exeter. This is an immediate opening for a role with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a dynamic facilities management environment. As a General Hand, you will be crucial in supporting our operations, ensuring sites are well-maintained, safe, and efficient. This role involves a variety of manual tasks, requiring a good work ethic and the ability to follow instructions diligently. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general site maintenance and upkeep tasks, including light repairs and tidying.
- Assist with the movement, loading, and unloading of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks as directed.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, organised, and safe at all times.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company procedures.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar general hand, labourer, or facilities support role.

- Full UK driving license.
