Job Description
Join Vera Wang as a Secret Shopper and help us maintain our exceptional standards in a luxury bridal environment. We are seeking meticulous individuals to discreetly evaluate the customer experience at our SoHo boutique during weekend hours. Your keen observations will provide invaluable feedback on our sales associates’ professionalism, product knowledge, store presentation, and overall client journey. This role is crucial for ensuring our brand’s reputation for luxury and personalized service continues to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discreet visits to the assigned Vera Wang boutique during specified weekend hours.
- Engage with sales associates as a prospective bridal client, following a pre-defined scenario.
- Evaluate all aspects of the customer experience, including initial greeting, consultation process, product presentation, fitting room experience, and closing interactions.
- Assess the sales associate's product knowledge, sales techniques, communication skills, and adherence to brand standards.
- Observe and report on the overall cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the boutique.
- Provide detailed, objective, and constructive written feedback using a standardized reporting form within 24 hours of each visit.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all aspects of the secret shopping assignments and findings.
