Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior stylists with various salon services, including shampooing, conditioning, and preparing clients for treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of salon workstations, tools, and common areas.
- Greet clients warmly, assist with check-ins, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Observe and learn advanced cutting, coloring, and styling techniques from experienced stylists.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Support salon operations by managing laundry, restocking supplies, and performing other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all salon safety and sanitation protocols.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in an accredited cosmetology program.
- Demonstrated passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute.
- Basic understanding of salon hygiene and safety practices.
Preferred Qualifications
