Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our dynamic team in Rialto. While the role title is currently undefined, this is an entry-level position that will involve supporting store operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will be an integral part of our store, contributing to our mission of helping customers save money and live better lives. This role offers an opportunity to learn various aspects of retail and grow within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing friendly and efficient service
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean and appealing store environment
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Process returns and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
- Help unload deliveries and prepare merchandise for display
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Customer service orientation and a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
