Job Description

Wells Fargo is seeking a dedicated and organized Bank Office Assistant to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to branch staff and management, including scheduling appointments, managing physical and digital filing systems, and performing accurate data entry.
  • Professionally manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies, anticipating needs and placing orders as necessary to prevent disruptions.
  • Assist with the preparation of various reports, presentations, and other important documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Help organize and coordinate internal branch meetings and external events, handling logistics from room setup to catering.
  • Ensure the branch office environment is consistently tidy, organized, and welcoming for both customers and staff members.
  • Handle confidential customer and company information with the utmost discretion and integrity, adhering strictly to privacy policies.
  • Support general customer service efforts by efficiently directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual, enhancing the customer experience.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily administrative tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact clearly with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively as an integral part of a team.
  • Demonstrated high level of professionalism and meticulous attention to detail in all duties.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or general office experience (minimum of 6 months).
  • Familiarity with basic banking operations or experience within the financial services industry.
  • An Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience operating multi-line phone systems efficiently.
