Job Description
Join the Saje Natural Wellness team as an Aromatherapy Support specialist! This role is perfect for individuals passionate about essential oils and natural wellness, who are eager to contribute to a positive customer experience and support our operational needs. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including preparing aromatherapy products, managing essential oil inventory, ensuring product quality, and performing light manual tasks to maintain our retail and workshop spaces. A keen eye for detail, a commitment to natural health, and the ability to handle products with care are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and packaging of aromatherapy products and essential oil blends according to Saje's quality standards.
- Manage and organize essential oil inventory, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet Saje’s high standards for purity and presentation.
- Perform light manual work such as cleaning, tidying, and maintaining retail and workshop areas.
- Support the team with visual merchandising and product display setup.
- Provide basic product information and guidance to customers as needed, fostering a welcoming environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to product handling and safety.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated passion for essential oils, aromatherapy, and natural wellness.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform light manual tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail, wellness, or production environment.
- Knowledge of various essential oils and their therapeutic properties.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Certification or coursework in aromatherapy or a related field.
