Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Apple Professional to join our dynamic IT support team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the USA. As an Apple Professional, you will be instrumental in providing expert-level technical support, troubleshooting, and management for Apple hardware and software across our enterprise environment. Your expertise will ensure our employees have seamless access to the Apple tools they need to be productive and innovative. This role requires a deep understanding of macOS, iOS, and iPadOS, as well as experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced remote technical support for Apple desktop and mobile devices (Macs, iPhones, iPads).
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues related to macOS, iOS, and iPadOS.
  • Manage and maintain Apple devices using enterprise-grade MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune).
  • Develop and deploy configuration profiles, applications, and updates to Apple devices.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Apple technologies within our broader IT infrastructure.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Apple-related procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and other IT staff on Apple products and features.
  • Stay current with the latest Apple technologies, security updates, and industry trends.

Required Skills

  • Expert-level proficiency in macOS, iOS, and iPadOS operating systems.
  • Proven experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for Apple devices (e.g., Jamf Pro, Mosyle, Workspace ONE).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise network configurations and security best practices for Apple devices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a 100% remote work environment.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting Apple products in a professional or enterprise setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC) certification.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, AppleScript) for automation.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Experience with Azure AD, Okta, or other identity management solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
