Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Inquiry Evaluator with a strong focus on legal technology to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for meticulously evaluating legal inquiries, requests, and data for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to Apple’s policies and legal standards. Leveraging cutting-edge legal tech tools, you will contribute to the efficiency and precision of our legal operations, supporting various internal teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, log, and prioritize incoming legal inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct initial evaluation and analysis of legal documents, data, and information for compliance and completeness.
  • Utilize legal technology platforms and databases to research, organize, and manage case-related materials.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel and other departments to gather necessary information and facilitate timely responses.
  • Identify and flag potential risks, discrepancies, or areas requiring further investigation to senior legal staff.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inquiries, evaluations, and actions taken.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal tech workflows and processes.
  • Adhere strictly to confidentiality protocols and data privacy regulations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal support role (e.g., paralegal, legal assistant, legal operations).
  • Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of legal terminology, processes, and ethical considerations.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., G Suite, Microsoft Office).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
