Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Apple Business Consultant to join our dynamic team in Stamford, CT. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and strategic solutions to corporate clients, leveraging the full suite of Apple products and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for Apple technology integration, and driving successful adoption to enhance business productivity and innovation. This position offers a competitive base salary with a significant bonus potential based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Apple technology expert for assigned corporate accounts, developing deep relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client business needs and challenges, identifying opportunities where Apple solutions can deliver significant value.
- Design, propose, and implement customized Apple solutions, including hardware (Mac, iPad, iPhone), software, and services (MDM, deployment programs).
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Apple's ecosystem benefits to C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless client experience from solution design to post-implementation support.
- Stay current with the latest Apple products, services, and industry trends, continuously expanding expertise.
- Achieve and exceed sales and client satisfaction targets, contributing to overall business growth.
- Provide training and support to clients on Apple technologies as needed.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing technology consulting or sales role, specifically with Apple products.
- Proven expertise in Apple hardware, macOS, iOS, and related enterprise solutions (e.g., Apple Business Manager, MDM solutions like Jamf or MobileIron).
- Strong understanding of corporate IT environments and challenges.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification.
- Experience with competitive analysis and positioning Apple solutions against alternatives.
- Familiarity with various industry verticals and their unique technology needs.
- Prior experience working for a technology reseller or solution provider.
