Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Restaurant Aide. This part-time role is designed to be flexible, making it an ideal opportunity for stay-at-home parents or anyone looking for shifts that accommodate family responsibilities. As a Restaurant Aide, you will play a crucial supporting role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations and providing excellent service to our guests. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, have a positive attitude, and are eager to learn and contribute to a friendly and efficient dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist servers and other staff in clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Help with basic food preparation tasks such as plating desserts or refilling condiments.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain cleanliness standards in the kitchen support areas and dishwashing station.
- Assist with taking out trash and recycling.
- Support the overall team effort to provide a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
