Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Sunnyvale, CA. In this vital role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse activities, ensuring the smooth flow of goods from receiving to shipment. This is an on-site position where you will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment
  • Load and unload delivery trucks manually or using warehouse equipment
  • Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse for cleanliness and safety
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary)
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 49 lbs) repeatedly
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry
  • Reliable and punctual attendance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment (6+ months)
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Certification to operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklift, reach truck)
