Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Sunnyvale, CA. In this vital role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse activities, ensuring the smooth flow of goods from receiving to shipment. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment
- Load and unload delivery trucks manually or using warehouse equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Organize and maintain the warehouse for cleanliness and safety
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary)
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 49 lbs) repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry
- Reliable and punctual attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment (6+ months)
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Certification to operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklift, reach truck)
