Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our property management team in Medellín. This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service. As an Apartment Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in. You will be responsible for showcasing our beautiful properties, building strong relationships, and achieving leasing targets. This position offers a competitive base salary plus a lucrative commission on every lease signed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents, highlighting key features and benefits of our apartment communities.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing comprehensive information about available units and amenities.
• Process rental applications, perform background checks, and prepare lease agreements accurately and efficiently.
• Assist new residents with the move-in process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Maintain high occupancy rates through proactive marketing, follow-up, and exceptional customer service.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about local trends and competitor offerings.
• Organize and participate in resident events to foster a strong community atmosphere.
• Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage resident data, and report on leasing activity.

Required Skills

• Proven sales or customer service experience, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Customer-centric mindset with a positive and professional attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
