Job Description

HubSpot is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our platform. You will serve as a primary point of contact, providing proactive support, guidance, and solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping others succeed, with a focus on delivering exceptional service during standard business hours (Monday to Friday) without weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through their initial setup and platform adoption.
  • Proactively engage with existing customers to understand their evolving needs and ensure continued satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to further leverage HubSpot's features and services to meet their business goals.
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues, escalating complex problems to relevant internal teams when necessary.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with customers to monitor their success and provide strategic advice.
  • Educate customers on best practices, product updates, and new features through various communication channels.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to product development and sales teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account health within our CRM system.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for technology and helping businesses grow.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or customer service role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot's platform and inbound methodology.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting to demonstrate customer value.
