Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced paint technicians with preparing vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and cleaning.
- Learn to properly use and maintain body shop tools and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform basic quality checks on prepared surfaces.
- Actively participate in training sessions and seek opportunities to learn new skills.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Required Skills
- Strong desire to learn and develop a career in automotive repair.
- Ability to follow instructions and and work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles (e.g., how tools work).
- Excellent attention to detail and a steady hand.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license.
