Key Responsibilities

  • Rigorously review and validate AI-generated outputs against predefined criteria and expected outcomes.
  • Identify, document, and categorize errors, inconsistencies, or biases in AI responses.
  • Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback to AI development and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with technical support specialists to understand user-reported issues related to AI outputs.
  • Assist in developing and refining validation guidelines and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI model accuracy and reliability.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI trends, tools, and methodologies relevant to validation tasks.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.

  • Basic understanding of technical concepts and ability to quickly grasp new software and systems.
