Job Description
As an AI Customer Success Associate at IBM, you will be the cornerstone of our client relationships, ensuring our AI products and solutions deliver exceptional value. This is a 100% remote, entry-level opportunity designed for freshers eager to kickstart their career in customer success and artificial intelligence. You will work closely with clients, providing support, guidance, and insights to maximize their success with IBM’s AI offerings. Your primary goal will be to build strong, lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and advocating for their success within IBM.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients using IBM AI solutions.
- Onboard new clients and guide them through the initial setup and adoption phases.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and ensure IBM AI solutions align with their goals.
- Provide technical and non-technical support, troubleshooting common issues, and escalating complex problems to specialized teams.
- Educate clients on new features, best practices, and product updates to drive continuous value.
- Monitor client health, identify potential churn risks, and develop strategies for retention.
- Collect client feedback and collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to improve AI offerings.
- Contribute to the creation of customer success resources, including FAQs, guides, and webinars.
