Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AI Content Editor with excellent English proficiency to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for reviewing, refining, and optimizing AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, clarity, brand consistency, and adherence to our quality standards. You will work closely with AI development teams and content strategists to improve the output of our AI models and contribute to the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various platforms. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and proofread AI-generated content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, style, tone, and factual accuracy.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to AI models and development teams to improve content generation algorithms.
- Collaborate with content strategists and subject matter experts to refine content and identify areas for AI improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive style guides and quality control checklists for AI-generated content.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in AI, natural language processing, and content creation.
Required Skills
- Native-level or exceptional proficiency in English language (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in professional editing, copywriting, or content management.
- Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, style guides (e.g., AP, Chicago), and effective communication principles.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex information to ensure accuracy in content.
- Familiarity with AI content generation tools and large language models.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Experience working in a tech company or with AI/ML products.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Prior experience in providing feedback for machine learning model training.
