Job Description

Meta Platforms is seeking an “Ads Integrity Specialist” to join our team in Arlington, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly review ad content, creative, and targeting to ensure compliance with Meta’s advertising policies and community standards.
  • Identify and action policy violations, including but not limited to misinformation, hate speech, dangerous organizations, and illegal products/services.
  • Analyze trends in policy violations and provide actionable insights to improve detection mechanisms and policy development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with policy, legal, engineering, and product teams to address complex integrity challenges.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our tools, processes, and policy guidelines by providing clear and constructive feedback.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in decision-making, adapting to evolving policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of articulating complex issues clearly.
