Job Description

Meta Platforms is seeking an “Ads Integrity Specialist” to join our team in Arlington, Virginia. As an Ads Integrity Specialist, you will be on the front lines, reviewing advertisements to ensure they comply with our strict community standards and advertising policies. Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly review ad content, creative, and targeting to ensure compliance with Meta’s advertising policies and community standards.
- Identify and action policy violations, including but not limited to misinformation, hate speech, dangerous organizations, and illegal products/services.
- Analyze trends in policy violations and provide actionable insights to improve detection mechanisms and policy development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with policy, legal, engineering, and product teams to address complex integrity challenges.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our tools, processes, and policy guidelines by providing clear and constructive feedback.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in decision-making, adapting to evolving policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of articulating complex issues clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and make sound judgments under pressure.
