Job Description

Join our dynamic team in Huntsville as an Administrative Coordinator. This crucial role provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our department. You will be instrumental in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and facilitating communication within our fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments for team members.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including room bookings, catering, and material preparation.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
  • Process expense reports, manage travel arrangements, and handle office supply procurement.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, contributing to team objectives.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
